Puzzle Time: Local Historic Districts
Arlington County is rich in history and our built environment is a reflection of that. In Arlington County there are locally-designated historic districts, which provide the greatest protection for our historic resources. There are also National Register of Historic Places listings, historic easements and historical markers. The locally-designated districts are buildings, sites and neighborhoods which capture our history and heritage.
