In April a total of eighteen demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County. All demolition permits were for single family homes. Two are in South Arlington with the rest in North Arlington. In March a total of five demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County. Eleven of the demolition permits were for single family homes. The other two were for a the demolition of the Crystal City Water Park and for a church being demolished as part of an approved siteplan in the Ballston area.
