In March a total of five demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County. Eleven of the demolition permits were for single family homes. The other two were for a the demolition of the Crystal City Water Park and for a church being demolished as part of an approved siteplan in the Ballston area. Of the homes, all but one were in North Arlington:
