In February 2020, a total of seven demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County. January also starts with a higher number of demos. In comparison, February 2019 was 23, February 2018 was 16, February 2017 was 12; February 2016 was 23; February 2015 was 15; and, February 2014 was 11; All of the permits are for single family homes and all are in North Arlington.
