LOST: March 2014 Snapshots

In March 2014 a total of 13 demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County, 11 of which were for single-family homes and two were for a commercial demolitions. Two of the residential permits are resubmissions of projects that had not yet started and one is for demolition of an unfinished project. Preservation Arlington is seeking public input in developing the 2014 Arlington’s Most Endangered Historic Places List. Nominations can be submitted through March 28, 2014. The 2014 list will be released during Preservation Month 2014 (May). Arlington’s Most Endangered Historic Places List is an annual listing intended to heighten awareness of historic sites and resources in the County and to inspire advocacy on behalf of preservation within the Arlington community.
