July recorded a total of nineteen demolition permits applications in Arlington County. All are for single family homes. Of the homes, only one is in South Arlington. One house of special note is 3575 Roberts Lane, an 1890 house on almost 75,000 sf. Once a much larger parcel, It was one of a handful of homes which sat up on the Palisades of the Potomac River,
