The Design Review Committee (DRC) is comprised of design professionals who serve on the Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board (HALRB). The DRC is the first public meeting towards obtaining a a Certificate of Appropriate (CoA) concerning any proposed exterior alterations, demolition and new construction in locally designated Arlington historic districts.
