Arlington County’s Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board (HALRB) will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. In March 2014 a total of 13 demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County, 11 of which were for single-family homes and two were for a commercial demolitions.
