Arlington Forest is celebrating its 75th year in 2014 so it is appropriate to highlight some of the great homes available in that community. These homes are known for their solid build and brick construction. The community is also extremely stable with substantial renovation and expansion being done by homeowners and virtually no teardowns. The original tree canopy provides a final benefit to the streetscape. While the community has its’ own shopping center and is home to the Lubber Run amphitheater it is also within walking distance of downtown Ballston. It is definitely one of Arlington’s best kept secrets.
