Of the homes, 10 were in North Arlington, 7 were in speculative tear downs by developers, two sold for over $1 million only to be demolished, and, two were located in National Register Historic Districts. A total of 9 permits were applied for in 2019, June 2018 was 17 permits, June 2017 was 20; June 2016 was 12; June 2015 was 29; and, June 2014 was 44.
