The Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington (UUCA) is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places — in recognition of its mid-century architectural importance and the fact that it was designed by a renowned architect of the time, Charles M. Goodman. Arlington has more than 60 sites on the National Register. Arlington’s newest addition to the Virginia Landmarks Register is the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington (UUCA), designed by noted modernist architect Charles M. Goodman. On September 18, 2014, the State Review Board and Board of Historic Resources approved the designation.
