In June a total of fourteen demolition permits were applied for in Arlington County. Ten were for single family homes; three were for a collection of Garden Apartments and one was for a commercial building. Of the homes, only one is in South Arlington and it was purchased by Arlington County for the expansion of Fort Scott Park. Summary below:

Two of the homes are in National Register Historic District and could have been renovated or remodeled and taken advantage of state and federal tax credits for historic properties:
