HALRB Design Review Meets 9/3

The Design Review Committee (DRC) is comprised of design professionals who serve on the Historical Affairs and Landmark Review Board (HALRB). The DRC is the first public meeting towards obtaining a a Certificate of Appropriate (CoA) concerning any proposed exterior alterations, demolition and new construction in locally designated Arlington historic districts. The DRC offers free technical and design advice to the applicant and help finalize the CoA request before it goes to the HALRB for review.

This months agenda includes four applications for CoA’s in the Maywood historic District plus one for 2900 Columbia Pike.
