Upcoming Hearing: Stratford Designation @ Planning Commission, June 6
The Arlington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Stratford School Historic Designation on June 6, 2016. The item under consideration will be designation of an Arlington Historic District Overlay that includes the Stratford School Historic District and the adoption of associated Historic District Design Guidelines. This ordinance would make the property subject to Historic District regulations. It is item #3. The full hearing agenda can be found on the county website.

Established in 1956, the Arlington County Planning Commission is a citizen advisory board authorized by the Virginia State Code. It promotes the orderly development of Arlington County and its environs by advising the County Board on development and use of land, facilities and zoning.
